At Heaven's Elix, we're committed to delivering every order fresh, safe, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Chennai

  • Flat shipping charge: ₹100 per order.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

Outside Chennai

  • We currently accept orders outside Chennai on a case-by-case basis.

  • Shipping availability and charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

  • If your location is serviceable, our team will contact you with the applicable shipping charges.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Chennai: Same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the order time and service availability.

  • Tamil Nadu (outside Chennai): Next business day. Orders placed on Sundays are typically delivered within 2 business days.

  • Rest of India: Delivery timelines depend on location, courier availability, and serviceability.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Freshness & Cold Chain

Our kombucha is a live fermented beverage and is packed with care to maintain its quality during transit. Once your order is delivered, we recommend refrigerating the bottles immediately.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available).

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product. We'll review the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
